Our Story

Modo’s is the creation of husband and wife team, Mohamad and Dunia Baadarani, driven by family, love and tradition. From the rustic streets of Ras Beirut, Dunia, affectionately known as Dodo, is a much revered host for all family gatherings and celebrations, cooking authentic Lebanese Beiruti cuisine . “As a Lebanese family, food is a language of genuine love, an opportunity to embrace togetherness and create unforgettable memories.” 

“Dodo’s” husband, Mohamad Baadarani, has over 30 years of experience in hospitality and catering, creating multiple eateries in the UK, Lebanon, Qatar and Kuwait.

Using their combined traditional family recipes, they have created a delicious selection of Mezza, Main meals and Desserts that can be delivered all around the UK. No need to cook, no need for waste. Simply pick the dishes you’d like from our suggested list, choose how many days of meals you’d like and we’ll take care of the rest.  Full instructions are provided and all food is delivered safely by a courier in insulated packaging to preserve its integrity.
